Responsibilities
Enterprise AI-agent discovery and deployment
- Work with business units or customers to understand workflows, data, and pain points in operations, R&D, maintenance, and testing.
- Identify high-value agent opportunities and assess business value, technical feasibility, data availability, implementation complexity, and priority.
- Design agents for real enterprise workflows, including knowledge assistants, customer-service, data-analysis, R&D productivity, office automation, approval/ticket workflows, and multi-agent assistants.
- Drive delivery from proof of concept and MVP through production launch and stable operation.
- Integrate agents with existing systems such as messaging, ticketing, knowledge bases, data platforms, and business systems with business, R&D, operations, and security teams.
- Measure and continually improve accuracy, task completion, response latency, adoption, productivity savings, costs/benefits, and business conversion. Document patterns, issues, methods, and reusable delivery examples.
Platform capabilities
- Help build enterprise agent orchestration, prompt and context management, memory, tool calling, plugins, task planning, multi-turn conversations, and multi-agent collaboration.
- Build and optimize RAG, including document parsing and chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, knowledge updates, access controls, answer traceability, and hallucination control.
- Connect agents to enterprise tools through APIs, database queries, workflow triggers, reporting, notifications, file handling, and automation.
- Build workflows supporting conditional decisions, human approval, exception handling, multiple roles, and long-running tasks.
- Build evaluation for prompts, RAG, task execution, automated regression, failure analysis, and user-feedback loops.
- Build observability and operations: logs, traces, cost tracking, model-quality monitoring, alerts, and runtime-quality analysis.
- Support enterprise AI security and governance, including data permissions, sensitive-information protection, content safety, audit trails, compliant model use, and security boundaries. Track advances in LLMs, agents, RAG, multimodal AI, code generation, and automation and validate them in production settings.
Solution delivery
- Produce solution documents, architecture diagrams, proof-of-concept proposals, implementation plans, and launch-acceptance criteria for customers and internal teams.
- Support delivery and digital-transformation projects with technical assessment and deployment plans.
- Coordinate integration, interfaces, data access, permissions, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Solve engineering issues such as inconsistent results, inaccurate knowledge, uncontrolled workflows, and complex integrations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in computer science, software engineering, AI, data science, or automation.
- Familiarity with LLM application development, prompt engineering, function/tool calling, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Experience with at least one agent framework/platform such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, Dify, Coze, FastGPT, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
