Sales Manager (m/f/d) – Field Sales | Fintech | €41,000–75,000 OTE | Company car

Your mission

As a Field Sales Manager, you take responsibility for your own sales territory and build your customer portfolio step by step. Your duties include actively approaching local merchants and acquiring new customers; presenting our innovative payment solutions in person; building long-term customer relationships; handling objections professionally and successfully closing sales; independently planning your territory; and working closely with your team and Sales Manager.

What you bring

You do not need to be a payment expert; your motivation for sales matters most. You are a good fit if you have at least two years of experience in sales, field sales, cold calling or active new-customer acquisition; enjoy approaching people; are ambitious and want to reach your goals; work independently and in an organized way; take responsibility and deliver results; and are interested in digital products and technology.
