Required Documents: Korean Resume, English Resume, and Korean Cover Letter Format: Open Format (No Template Required) Our IT team ensures the stable operation of financial IT applications while leading the development of new IT systems. In addition, the team actively drives the adoption and utilization of AI technologies to enhance operational innovation and strengthen business competitiveness. What awaits you? Support the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of AI-powered document processing solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs). Operate and improve self-hosted LLM services based on technologies such as vLLM and LiteLLM. Support the development of Python/FastAPI-based backend services that integrate business applications with AI models. Contribute to AI application deployment and operation in AWS cloud environments, including ECS and EC2. Support workflow automation initiatives and project documentation using tools such as n8n, Jira, and Confluence. What should you bring along? Native-level fluency in Korean is required to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders Major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Experience with Python programming and FastAPI-based application development. Experience with LLM-powered applications, including prompt design, testing, and optimization. Basic understanding of AWS and container technologies. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and basic English communication capabilities.
