Your mission With us you will work on exciting projects related to artificial intelligence, data science, AI strategy and digital transformation. Together with your team, you will support companies in exploiting the full potential of their data and modern AI technologies - from identifying relevant use cases to developing prototypes and implementing scalable AI and analytics solutions. Depending on your interests and background, your focus can be more technical or strategic. You will work at the interface between business and technology and learn how data-driven solutions are created and have an impact in real customer environments. This is what awaits you: Innovative, future-oriented AI and data solutions Use your analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills to help shape modern data science, analytics and AI solutions for our customers, for example in the context of generative or agentic AI. Creating value from data and AI Support companies in identifying potential in their data, further developing data-based business models and using AI as a driver for measurable business value. Insight into AI strategy, governance and transformation Work on concepts around AI strategy, responsible AI, governance, operating models and regulatory requirements such as the EU AI Act - and learn how companies can use AI responsibly and scalably. Collaboration with customers and interdisciplinary teams Accompany the identification, conception and implementation of data-driven solutions in close collaboration with our customers and colleagues from strategy, technology and various industries. Real impact in projects At Accenture you will work with leading companies and institutions on practical solutions. You will gain insight into real customer projects and see how ideas become concrete use cases, prototypes and implementable roadmaps. Qualifications We're looking forward to it: You're in a relevant master's program, for example in computer science, data science, mathematics, physics, engineering, economics or a comparable course of study. You have already gained your first points of contact with artificial intelligence, data analytics, data science, data engineering, business intelligence, digital transformation or AI strategy, for example through internships, working student positions, study projects or your own initiatives. If you want to work technically, you ideally have some basic knowledge of Python and SQL. Initial experience with machine learning, generative AI, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, cloud platforms, databases or BI tools is a plus. If you prefer to work strategically, you are interested in AI strategy, data strategy, digital business models, responsible AI, governance or regulatory issues and enjoy clearly structuring complex issues. You work analytically, independently and solution-oriented, communicate confidently and enjoy working on issues together with customers and interdisciplinary teams.
