As Agentic AI Data Migration Lead in Paris, develop your expertise, grow your impact and support strategic transformations by combining business, technology and artificial intelligence. - You will drive the strategy, architecture and implementation of complex data migration and modernization programs, combining the capabilities of Data Engineering, Cloud, Gen AI and Agentic AI. You will also manage the Data Migration Practice for France and BeLux, contributing to its development and growth. - You will support our clients in the transformation of their legacy data environments to modern, cloud and AI-ready platforms, by designing approaches to accelerate and automate the different stages of migrations. - As a technology referent, you will translate our clients' business and data challenges into migration strategies, target architectures and scalable, secure and efficient Agentic AI solutions. - You will define architectures, patterns, frameworks and migration roadmaps, while identifying opportunities to use Agentic AI to automate assessment, discovery, data mapping, transformation, code conversion, testing, validation and remediation activities. - You will work in varied cloud environments, technologies, industries and geographies, in collaboration with our customers, our technology partners and our global delivery teams. Your missions Manage the strategy, architecture and roadmap of data migration and modernization programs integrating Gen AI and Agentic AI capabilities. Analyze legacy data environments and define the migration or modernization strategy best suited to business, technical and data challenges. Design AI-native and agentic approaches to automate and accelerate the different phases of migrations. Define migration approaches, including Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, Repoint and Modernize, identifying opportunities for AI automation. Design end-to-end migration architectures covering ingestion, integration, transformation, storage, orchestration, data quality, testing and reconciliation. Define migration approaches for the different data components: databases, data warehouses, data lakes, storage objects, ETL/ELT jobs, pipelines, orchestration, reports and data models. Design and implement AI agents and agentic workflows to automate activities such as legacy code analysis, data mapping, code generation and transformation, documentation, testing and remediation. Identify use cases allowing the implementation of autonomous or semi-autonomous agents, while guaranteeing the necessary control, human validation and governance mechanisms. Evaluate and recommend the most suitable technologies, including Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric, Informatica, Talend, Ab Initio, Power BI and Gen AI / Agentic AI technologies. Define patterns, frameworks and reference architectures to industrialize data migrations augmented by AI. Manage technical assessments, assess complexity and identify risks, dependencies and automation opportunities. Define approaches to data quality, governance, security, lineage, reconciliation, testing and human-in-the-loop. Provide technical leadership to the Data Engineering, Cloud, AI and Migration teams and support their development of skills on Agentic AI technologies. Collaborate with global delivery teams to ensure the proper execution and industrialization of solutions. Interact with senior customer contacts to present Agentic AI strategy, architecture, use cases, risks and technology decisions. Contribute to business proposals, solutioning, estimates, SOWs and customer presentations. Prepare solution, architecture and demonstration materials for leadership and customers. Support the transition between the strategy / assessment / solutioning phase and the implementation and delivery phases. Monitor developments in Data, Cloud, Gen AI and Agentic AI technologies and identify new opportunities for automation and industrialization of migrations. Why join us? Your profile 12 years or more of relevant professional experience in the IT sector, with solid experience in Data & AI, Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Data Migration or Cloud Data Transformation. Proven experience in leading medium to large scale data migration and modernization programs. Significant experience in the design or implementation of solutions using Gen AI and/or Agentic AI, ideally applied to Data Engineering, Data Migration or Cloud Transformation issues. Very good understanding of migration strategies and approaches, including Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, Repoint and Modernize. Solid knowledge of modern data architectures, cloud platforms and integration and migration patterns. Mastery of at least 2 to 3 cloud/data technologies, including Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks or Microsoft Fabric. Very good understanding of Data Engineering, ETL/ELT, data integration, orchestration, data modeling, distributed processing and migration patterns. Experience with legacy data technologies such as Informatica, Talend, Ab Initio, Teradata or equivalent. Experience in designing and implementing solutions involving databases, data warehouses, data lakes, ETL platforms, reporting and other legacy data environments. Good understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including autonomous agents, agent orchestration, tool calling, workflow automation, human-in-the-loop and AI governance. Ability to identify and prioritize Agentic AI use cases presenting concrete business and technological value. Experience in estimation, planning, delivery governance and risk management within the framework of complex programs. Good knowledge of data quality, governance, security, lineage, reconciliation and testing issues. Ability to lead technical teams and collaborate effectively with Business, Architecture, Engineering, Cloud, AI and Delivery teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to interact with senior level customer stakeholders. Experience in cross-functional, multicultural and international environments.
