Responsibilities

You will architect and build multi-step, tool-using AI agent systems that run reliably in production, while staying hands-on as a full-stack engineer.

Responsibilities

  • Design agentic architectures: planning, tool use, memory, multi-agent orchestration and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Build agent backends and UIs with Python, Django and React; deploy on AWS.
  • Integrate RAG, function/tool calling and enterprise APIs into agent workflows.
  • Define evaluation, tracing, safety guardrails and cost/latency controls for agents.
  • Work with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI or AutoGen, and protocols such as MCP.
  • Mentor engineers and set patterns for agent development across teams.

Qualifications

Required qualifications

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience, with architecture ownership.
  • Strong Python, Django and React; solid AWS experience.
  • AI experience is required: LLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and hands-on experience building agentic or multi-agent systems.
  • Strong distributed systems, async/event-driven design and API skills.
  • Experience evaluating and monitoring non-deterministic AI systems in production.

Preferred

  • AWS Bedrock Agents, fine-tuning, Docker/Kubernetes, and published or open-source work in agentic AI.
