About the role As a Quality CI Specialist AI within our Quality Projects & Excellence team, you will be responsible for the independent identification, development and implementation of AI solutions within existing business processes as well as enabling our employees to competently handle these technologies. Main responsibilities: Independent identification of application areas for artificial intelligence (AI) within existing business processes at Sanofi – with the goal of sustainably increasing efficiency and quality. Independent development and implementation of AI solutions to optimize processes, e.g. in quality control, document processing or decision support. Creation of target-group-specific training materials for the introduction and application of AI systems – adapted to different target groups. Independent planning and delivery of training sessions and workshops to raise awareness and enable employees to handle AI technologies. Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure sustainable AI integration into workflows. Continuous further development of existing AI approaches and proactive identification of new optimization potential in the regulated pharmaceutical environment. About you Experience: Ideally several years of professional experience in the AI environment, preferably in a regulated or pharmaceutical environment. Social skills / technical skills: Strong communication and persuasive: You actively approach people, build relationships and inspire others for new technologies and ideas. Creative and innovative: You think outside the box and develop pragmatic, effective AI solutions. Independent and structured: You work on your own responsibility, prioritize confidently and keep an overview even with complex tasks. Tech- and data-savvy: You are familiar with modern AI frameworks and tools and see real opportunities for healthcare in digitalization. Sound knowledge of AI methods and technologies (e.g. machine learning, NLP, generative AI); experience in developing and implementing AI solutions in corporate environments; knowledge in process optimization and document processing; experience in designing and delivering training sessions and workshops is an advantage; basic knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical environment (cGMP) is desirable. Education: Completed degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, data science, engineering or comparable). Languages: German and English fluent in spoken and written. Why should you choose us?
