Job description

Data and AI are among the most important transformation areas for many companies. At the same time, organizations must modernize existing SAP landscapes, make data usable across system boundaries, and create the basis for innovative AI use cases. As part of our SAP AI Transformation team, you will guide clients through this journey. You will design modern data platforms and architectures, connect SAP and non-SAP data environments, and help companies generate real value from data—from strategy through technical implementation.

Your responsibilities

As a core project-team member, support clients in Data Strategy, Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Platforms, Business Intelligence, SAP Business Data Cloud, and SAP Business AI. Take responsibility for technical projects and workstreams with project teams and design, manage, and implement data-driven SAP solutions. Advise clients on defining and implementing modern data and AI architectures, focusing on SAP Business Data Cloud (Datasphere, SAC, HANA, and BW), Databricks, and SAP Business AI. Act as an internal and external contact for SAP-related Data & AI topics and support the technological evolution of client environments. Onboard new colleagues to Data & AI, Data Platforms, SAP Business Data Cloud, and Business Intelligence and support their professional development. Help your manager develop the Data & AI portfolio and expand our SAP Data & AI capabilities. Actively contribute to preparing, estimating, and presenting proposals and client presentations.

Your profile

Solid project experience in SAP Data & AI and prior technical responsibility in projects or workstreams. Strong requirements-management skills and experience designing and implementing data-driven solutions. Practical experience developing data solutions with SQL and ideally Python. Enthusiasm for modern data and AI platforms and experience with SAP Business Data Cloud (Datasphere, SAC, HANA, BW), SAP Business AI, and AI architectures. Databricks or SAP Databricks knowledge is an advantage. Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a high degree of ownership. Enjoy building and maintaining trusted client relationships and close collaboration with client contacts. Fluent German and English and willingness to travel regularly.
