Your responsibilities
Our AI Solutions team develops innovative data and AI solutions and supports clients from initial idea through production use. We combine Data Science, AI Engineering, cloud technologies, and process knowledge to integrate AI effectively into organizations, systems, and platforms. Design and deliver Generative AI, Agentic AI, and other AI solutions for clients. Turn AI prototypes into production applications and ensure their sustainable use, scalability, and maintainability. Develop AI and GenAI solutions based on reliable data platforms, APIs, semantic models, and cloud-native architectures. Design and implement agents and multi-agent solutions, including use-case customization, tool connections, orchestration, monitoring, and optimization. Develop scalable solution architectures for modern AI platforms and cloud environments such as Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Microsoft/GitHub Copilot, or comparable technologies. Advise clients on integrating AI into existing business processes, systems, data platforms, and operating models. Work closely with Data Intelligence, Cloud, architecture, and business teams to make AI solutions usable end to end. Own work packages, subprojects, or projects and confidently guide them to successful delivery. Help grow our AI portfolio through expertise, best practices, reusable assets, and innovative approaches.
Your profile
At least 4 years of professional experience in AI Engineering, Generative AI, AI Solutions, AI consulting, or cloud-based AI development. Experience guiding AI, GenAI, or LLM solutions from conception to production launch. AI Engineering experience, particularly LLM applications, RAG, agents, tool calling, multi-agent concepts, or similar architectures. Proficiency in Python; ideally also SQL, APIs, cloud services, and software-engineering principles. Familiarity with productionizing AI solutions, such as containerization, CI/CD, MLOps, LLMOps, monitoring, or testing. Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure AI Foundry, and cloud AI solutions; AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks, or Snowflake experience is an advantage. Understand that reliable data, data quality, semantic models, and platform integration are essential for production AI. Able to explain technical concepts to different audiences and guide clients through architecture, implementation, and integration decisions. Self-directed, proactive in identifying opportunities, and willing to take responsibility. Consulting or project-driven experience is an advantage. Very good German (at least C1) and English. Willingness to travel.
