Job description
Your responsibilities
Would you like to help companies transform data, applications, and AI responsibly and with a forward-looking approach? Do you combine strategic thinking with technical execution and enjoy actively driving innovation? Whether full-time or part-time, you can help shape the digital future, build trusted solutions, and guide exciting projects from analysis through successful implementation. Define scalable data-governance frameworks that build trust while meeting privacy and compliance requirements. Advise organizations on responsible use of generative AI, from opportunity analysis and use-case design through technical conception. Help optimize application management for performance, resilience, usability, and business fit. Take responsibility across the full project lifecycle—from analysis and design and alignment with business teams through implementation and successful launch. Lead workstreams or small teams, using agile or traditional methods depending on the client. Actively drive innovation by monitoring market trends, developing thought-leadership content, and shaping our consulting portfolio.
Your profile
Completed degree (e.g. business informatics, data science, IT management, systems engineering) or equivalent qualification. At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, IT architecture, business technology, or an IT-related transformation environment. Strong knowledge in two of these areas: data governance and privacy (e.g. GDPR, ISO 27001); application lifecycle and platform management; GenAI technologies (e.g. Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LLM Ops). Fluent German and English and understanding of Swiss German. Solution-oriented, able to analyze complex requirements systematically and present convincingly. Occasional travel within Switzerland is welcome.
