Job description
Your responsibilities
As part of our AI Governance team, advise clients on introducing Agentic AI and multi-agent solutions and work closely with business and IT departments. Analyze regulatory requirements and standards/frameworks (e.g. EU AI Act, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF) and translate them into concrete technical, organizational, and process requirements. Design and implement governance measures for Agentic AI and multi-agent setups, such as responsibilities, human oversight, technical guardrails, logging approaches, and approval/escalation mechanisms. Support the organizational adoption of agent platforms and their integration into existing IT, risk, and governance structures. Turn best practices from international frameworks (e.g. Model AI Governance Framework for Agentic AI) into technical controls and operating processes, including monitoring/logging and incident/change mechanisms. Actively contribute to client projects, internal initiatives, and the growth of our consulting portfolio in AI Governance, Agentic AI, and operating models.
Your profile
University degree in business informatics, engineering, natural sciences, or a comparable field. Initial experience implementing AI, data, IT, or governance topics, ideally in regulated or complex organizations. Understand regulatory requirements and standards (e.g. EU AI Act, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF) and can confidently translate them into technical, organizational, and operational measures. Good understanding of modern AI architectures and operating models, particularly Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, or similar approaches. Structured, analytical, pragmatic, and comfortable working across business, IT, risk, and operations. Initial exposure to international best-practice frameworks for Agentic AI governance (e.g. Model AI Governance Framework for Agentic AI) is a plus. Fluent German and English and willingness to travel to clients.
