Your responsibilities
Conceptualize, design, and evolve AI-based chat and voice agents for service and support processes. Create natural dialogue flows, interaction concepts, and tones for different communication channels. Analyze interaction data and continuously optimize conversational-AI solutions. Train and develop AI agents, including model improvements and data preparation. Integrate Large Language Models and apply prompt-engineering methods. Support the technical integration of AI agents into contact-center and backend architectures (e.g. Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect, Avaya, Cisco, 8x8, VIER, including SIP-based architectures). Help develop new conversational-AI use cases and evolve the underlying technology.
Your profile
Consulting experience in conversational AI, UX/interaction design, chatbot development, or comparable technology-focused projects. Experience with conversational-AI platforms such as Cognigy, Parloa, Kore.ai, IBM Watson Assistant, Azure Bot Service, or Dialogflow. Understanding of NLP/NLU methods, multimodal experience design, and natural dialogue. Basic programming or scripting knowledge and experience with APIs and backend integrations. Familiarity with contact-center technology or infrastructure, ideally including CCaaS systems and SIP-based architectures. Knowledge or initial experience with Large Language Models, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and modern AI architectures. Analytical, structured, and creative approach. Completed university degree. Very good German and English and willingness to travel within the DACH region.
