Your responsibilities

We are expanding our Organization & Agile Transformation team and are looking for you as an AI & Agile Transformation Coach (all genders), based at a location of your choice. You can look forward to exciting projects focused on agile transformation, organizational development, and designing tailored agile-transformation roadmaps, in an environment that combines a close-knit, personal culture with the strength of a leading management consultancy. You will guide teams, leaders, and organizations as they transform toward AI-supported, product-oriented ways of working based on agile methods. Help clients introduce and effectively use generative AI in their daily work. Enable leaders to shape new forms of collaboration between people, teams, and AI. Develop and facilitate training, coaching, and workshop formats on agile collaboration, process improvement, leadership, and the responsible use of AI. Promote continuous learning, readiness for change, and an open feedback and learning-from-mistakes culture. Coach relevant leadership roles such as Product Managers, Product Owners, Agile Coaches, and teams, and report regularly to senior and top management. Develop tailored transformation roadmaps based on client challenges and ensure their implementation. Identify relevant client and market needs and help the team further develop our portfolio, introducing and advancing new topics and supporting their successful establishment in the market. Take responsibility for your teams’ methodology and delivery capability within the organization.

Your profile

Successfully completed university degree. Professional experience in management consulting or a comparable role, with initial relevant project experience. Initial experience supporting AI transformations, change processes, or agile organizations. Affinity for using generative AI in transformation projects and an understanding of its potential to support decisions, innovation, and transformation. Understand AI’s opportunities and challenges for organizations and ways of working. AI does not replace our consultants; instead, we deliberately build the skills to use AI intelligently, achieve better outcomes, and reduce the burden on clients. You inspire people to adopt new ways of working and communicate change in a clear, motivating way. At least one relevant (scaled) agile certification, such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, systemic coach, or change management; initial AI certifications are an advantage. Fluent German and English and willingness to travel.
