NEXTON is hiring a full-time Machine Learning Engineer in Paris.

Your future work environment

You will play a key role in strategic projects to design and industrialize high-performing AI solutions. You will be central to model deployment, ensuring robust infrastructure and rigorous MLOps practices.

Your responsibilities

Within our expert teams, you will:

• Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines to industrialize models and support continuous deployment.
• Design technical architectures and manage infrastructure for Machine Learning projects.
• Work with advanced Deep Learning frameworks and optimize model performance.
• Set up and use model registry, tracking, and serving tools (e.g., MLflow, NVIDIA Triton).
• Actively integrate solutions into complex, technologically demanding systems.
• Ensure development best practices, scalability, and operational maintenance (MCO).

Profile

You have a higher-education degree (BAC+3/5) in computer science, data engineering, or equivalent and significant Machine Learning Engineer experience, with a strong interest in architecture and infrastructure.

Technical skills

• Deep expertise in PyTorch, JAX, or similar frameworks/libraries.
• Proficiency in MLOps concepts, tools, and ecosystem (e.g., MLflow, NVIDIA Triton).
• Strong interest and skills in IT architecture and infrastructure.
• Relevant education or proven experience with high-performance computing (HPC) environments is a significant advantage.

Note: We are seeking a dedicated ML Engineer with MLOps/Infrastructure knowledge, rather than a Data Scientist or AI Engineer profile.
