📄 JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Group Communications Department and supported by a Communications referent as well as a Tech referent, you will join a team that wants to modernize its internal tools and is exploring the opportunities offered by generative AI to meet business needs.

For several months, the team has been developing and testing various internal tools using AI-assisted rapid prototyping approaches: management dashboards, event registration platforms, business assistants, and project tracking tools.

Your mission will be to help evolve these initial prototypes into more robust, sustainable solutions integrated into the Veepee ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of business, product, and technical challenges, with a direct impact on the teams' daily work.

🎯 MISSIONS

Your main mission will be to move these projects from the prototype stage to robust products integrated into Veepee's standards and technical ecosystem.

Consolidation: Take over the prototypes developed by the Communications team to make the code clean, stable, and maintainable.

Integration: Work hand in hand with the Tech team to adapt these tools to Veepee's constraints and systems.

AI features: Test and integrate AI components (LLM APIs, automation) to meet the business needs of the Communications team.

Documentation: Write minimal technical documentation to facilitate project handover.

👉SUPERVISION & ENVIRONMENT

You will report to the Communications team while benefiting from dual mentoring:

A Com referent for business vision and project monitoring.

A Tech mentor to guide you on development best practices, code review, and deployment at Veepee.

👉 PREREQUISITES

-

Education in development / IT at Bac+5 level, in an engineering school, university, or equivalent, with initial coding experience (personal projects, academic projects, previous internships)

Proficiency in a backend language (Python, Node.js...) and basic frontend knowledge (React, Vue...).

-

Good command of the fundamentals of web development (backend and/or frontend).

Strong curiosity about AI tools (working with APIs such as OpenAI/Claude, scripts, etc.).

Comfortable with Git.

-

Initiative, desire to learn alongside a Tech team, and strong interpersonal skills.

Professional working English (minimum B2 level).

Experience with tools such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Firebase, Supabase, or similar technologies is a plus.
