Job description

You will design, build, and further develop use-case-specific production systems and GenAI/MLOps-capable infrastructures, with the goal of putting AI applications into production efficiently, scalably, and securely.

You will work closely with GenAI Developers, Data Scientists, MLOps Engineers, and Data Engineers and advise on the technical prerequisites for successful business use cases.

You will select and integrate suitable architecture components, systems, and tools and ensure they meet the project’s technical and strategic requirements.

You will develop architecture and development specifications and operating concepts for AI production systems and provide technical guidance to project teams.

You will advise clients as a partner, from requirements definition and design through implementation, ensuring solutions are technically sound and practical.

You will be responsible for quality and project success and actively contribute to further developing our consulting portfolio.

Consulting requires flexibility: your project assignments depend on our clients and project situation and include both hybrid work and on-site work.

Qualifications

You have a completed degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, business, or a comparable field.

You have several years of experience translating client requirements into robust architecture concepts, including situations where existing infrastructure or complex constraints require creative yet resilient solutions, ideally in an AI context.

You have extensive hands-on experience putting AI solutions into production, using container orchestration and microservices architectures to operate systems efficiently, scalably, and securely.

You are very familiar with the technical, infrastructure, and data requirements of AI use cases, from architecture principles, data storage, and data flows to computing performance.

You have practical experience with GenAI/MLOps and CI/CD pipelines and are proficient with frameworks and tools such as Kubeflow, Kubernetes or OpenShift, Jenkins, Terraform, Helm Charts, Kafka, or Nexus.

Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure and experience with data governance are an advantage.

You speak German very well (at least C1) and English and can communicate confidently with clients and partners in both technical and business discussions.
