Job description

You explain to clients what AI and GenAI can do, what matters in AI projects, and identify AI use cases that create value.

You win clients through persuasive proposals and pitches.

Together with clients and our AI experts, you set up AI projects to deliver concrete business value.

You steer AI projects effectively and take responsibility for project success in terms of budget, schedule, and quality.

Throughout the project, you are the main point of contact and liaison between the client and the development team.

If you wish, you can also take responsibility for business development and become the line manager for AI experts.

Consulting requires flexibility: assignments depend on our clients and your project situation; you will work across Germany in our offices, at client sites, and from home.

Qualifications

A degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, business, or a comparable field.

Several years of experience leading and managing IT projects, especially AI projects, using waterfall and agile methods; PMO experience is preferred.

Extensive knowledge of AI and ideally GenAI; practical AI development experience is desirable.

Experience in management consulting or IT services, ideally in public administration.

Experience developing, rolling out, and scaling AI solutions—for example, in MLOps or change management—is an advantage.

Knowledge of data protection, IT security, or the AI Act is a plus.

A persuasive manner, initiative, and a structured way of working.

Good German (C1 or above) and English skills.
