Senior Consultant – Agentic AI

Job description

We are looking for experienced Agentic AI consultants who want to play a key role in some of Norway’s most exciting digitalization projects. You will work closely with large and midsize organizations seeking to transform their businesses through intelligent AI agents, automated workflows, and the Microsoft Copilot platform.

What you will work on

You will work closely with clients to understand how their processes work today and where Copilot and AI agents can make a difference. Together with multidisciplinary teams, you will design and implement solutions based on Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, and related platforms. You will contribute to architecture decisions, development, and implementation of agentic solutions, including integrations and automated workflows. The role also involves advising clients on technology choices and ensuring good solutions focused on security, responsible use, and long-term value.

You are a confident advisor who can challenge assumptions, bring structure, and build trust with clients. You are excited by the possibilities that arise when AI moves from assisting to taking action, and you know how to turn that into practical value. You are not tied to a single platform or model; you think in terms of architecture and outcomes and let business needs guide technology choices.

You also have:

Higher education, preferably in computer science, business, or engineering.

At least 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and/or Azure AI services.

Strong experience with one or more of the following:

Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Azure AI Foundry / Semantic Kernel / Prompt Flow.

Power Automate and integration architecture (REST/API, Service Bus).

Practical experience with large language models such as Azure OpenAI/ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.

A good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into agent workflows.

A good understanding of architecture principles for agentic systems.

A good understanding of low-code solutions such as Microsoft Power Platform.

Experience designing solutions that combine AI, people, and systems in operational workflows.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with decision-makers and end users.

Good written and spoken Norwegian and English.
