Responsibilities

Development and design: Help design and set up machine learning solutions using an event-driven approach. By integrating messaging services such as Kafka and Pub/Sub, we create a robust architecture that ensures real-time data flows and rapid response.

Deep learning: Work with advanced deep-learning techniques, including training and evaluating models and implementing state-of-the-art models to solve complex problems.

MLOps: Help set up and optimize MLOps pipelines. This includes developing solutions for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models to ensure stable production operations.

Data management and modeling: Manage and model data to prepare it for machine learning solutions. This includes data collection, preprocessing, and transformation to ensure datasets are high quality and relevant.

Platform work: Work with modern data platforms such as Databricks and Microsoft Fabric to build scalable, maintainable ML solutions.

In our projects, you will combine this technical expertise with the ability to understand client needs, collaborate effectively with different professional groups, and deliver robust, optimized solutions that create clear value for clients.

Qualifications

Higher education in IT, computer technology, machine learning, or a related field.

At least 2 years of relevant work experience developing and implementing machine learning solutions.

Strong programming skills, especially in Python, and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and production-ready ML solutions.

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or AWS SageMaker.

Experience with data management, data modeling, and working with large datasets.

Norwegian proficiency, at least B2 level.
