We build AI solutions that progress from chatbot to autonomous agent, from pilot to production. You will contribute to varied assignments across industries and sectors and help develop solutions alongside some of Norway’s leading subject-matter experts.

We are looking for someone who knows how to get language models to stop using em dashes.

Responsibilities

LLM and agent development: Design and implement intelligent agents using modern frameworks such as LangGraph and Anthropic Agents SDK. Build systems that can plan, reason, and act autonomously.

RAG architecture: Develop advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions that combine large language models with enterprise data to produce accurate, reliable answers.

MCP and A2A protocols: Work with Model Context Protocol for standardized tool access and Agent-to-Agent communication for orchestration among multiple agents.

Governance and security: Implement guardrails, Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) approval workflows, and end-to-end traceability through tracing for all agent operations.

Prompt engineering and evaluation: Optimize prompts, set up evaluation frameworks, and systematically measure agent performance.

In our projects, you will combine this technical expertise with the ability to understand client needs, collaborate effectively with different professional groups, and deliver robust, optimized solutions that create clear value for our clients.

Qualifications

Higher education in IT, computer technology, machine learning, or related fields.

Technical experience with language models and API communication.

Strong Python programming skills and experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar).

Knowledge of RAG architecture, vector databases, and embedding technologies.

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure (Azure OpenAI), AWS, or Google Cloud.

Experience with MCP, A2A protocols, or multi-agent systems is an advantage.

Experience with AgentOps, LLMOps, MLOps, and self-hosted models is valued.

Norwegian proficiency, at least B2 level.
