Job description

• Develop software solutions, especially with Python and Java, and actively contribute your ideas.
• Independently integrate AI applications into existing systems on client projects.
• Analyze and continuously optimize demanding applications.
• Design innovative applications with your team.
• Advise clients as a knowledgeable partner and help shape projects.
• Continue to grow personally and professionally with your team.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions and automation, critically assess their value and limits, and turn findings into practical recommendations for improving existing processes and establishing new ones.
• Consulting requires flexibility: assignments depend on client and project needs. You will work across Germany from our offices, at client sites, and from home.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, media informatics, mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of post-graduation project experience in software development.
• Experience with web development using Java, Spring Boot, and REST services; ideally also front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.
• Practical experience developing software with Python.
• You treat Clean Code as a responsibility, not just a buzzword, and take ownership of your work quality.
• Experience with CI/CD and successful participation in projects in this area.
• Public-sector or financial-services project experience is an advantage.
• You use AI tools actively and thoughtfully, support the development of digital processes, and clearly communicate insights from data, trends, and use cases to projects and teams.
• Very good German (C1 or above) and English skills.
