It confirms our ability to adopt new technology early and turn it into concrete solutions that create value for clients.

Demand for our services remains strong, and we have several exciting projects ahead. To strengthen the team further, we are looking for both developers with a few years of experience and, in particular, senior technical profiles with solid experience who can take a leading role in complex deliveries.

As a developer or architect with us, you will:

Join one of Norway’s leading Salesforce environments and help develop it further, while also helping build a modern DevOps environment around Salesforce. You will work on innovative projects, including implementing AI and Agentforce solutions that will shape the future technology landscape. You will collaborate closely in multidisciplinary teams of design, consulting, development, and architecture experts, working closely with our clients. You will also have the opportunity to take part in our mentoring program, where you can both receive and provide guidance.

We expect you to have:

Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.

At least 1 year of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.

Experience with DevOps and preferably familiarity with AI-assisted development or the use of AI tools in development processes.

Experience with REST APIs and integrations.

Several relevant certifications.

Knowledge of agile methods.

Strong written and spoken Norwegian (at least B2).
