Job description

What you can expect to do

You will help us successfully integrate innovative AI solutions into everyday work. You will combine the development and optimization of prompt frameworks with communication, knowledge sharing, and change management.

Analyze and gather requirements for prompt frameworks and implement them in a structured way.

Develop, optimize, and test complex prompts to support innovative AI applications.

Create communication and training materials for internal stakeholders and clients.

Support the design and implementation of change-management measures and campaigns.

Support internal and external knowledge transfer to ensure the lasting use of new solutions.

Plan and lead workshops with different stakeholder groups to jointly develop solutions and requirements.

Qualifications

Who we are looking for

Experience in complex prompt engineering and in developing and optimizing prompts.

Interest in cultural change, change management, and knowledge management.

A proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to contribute your own ideas.

Strong communication skills and enjoyment in making knowledge easy to understand.

A structured way of working, quick comprehension, and a strong willingness to learn.

Very good written and spoken German and English.
