Job description

As a Senior Consultant (all genders) focused on AI strategy and implementation, you will design advanced solutions for public administration organizations.

You will develop and implement tailored AI strategies for public administration organizations and support clients from development through implementation.

You will also lead and manage AI projects, from concept and planning through rollout.

You will identify opportunities for optimization through AI technologies and advise decision-makers on strategically integrating AI into existing structures and processes.

You will ensure that regulatory, technical, organizational, and cultural requirements are considered and met at all times.

Your work will also include facilitating workshops and stakeholder management, bringing together different interests to develop viable solutions.

Consulting requires flexibility: your project assignments depend on our clients and your project situation and include both hybrid work and on-site work.

Qualifications

You have successfully completed a degree in business, organizational development, data science, or a related field.

You have at least four years of consulting experience, including projects in the public sector.

Experience implementing innovations, new technologies, and AI solutions is particularly valuable.

You have led strategic AI projects and demonstrated how complex requirements can be translated into practical concepts.

You have strong analytical thinking, a strategic mindset, and a structured way of working.

You communicate clearly and persuasively, are confident with senior-level clients, and know how to bring different perspectives together.

Very good written and spoken German and English (at least C1 level) complete your profile.
