We are now looking for an experienced AI Engineer who wants to help take generative AI from idea and prototype to robust solutions in real customer environments.

About the role

As an AI Engineer, you will become part of our AI & Analytics team and work on customer assignments with a high level of innovation. In the role, you will, among other things:

Design, develop and implement solutions based on generative AI and LLMs

Work with RAG, AI agents and other modern architectures for generative AI

Develop solutions on modern cloud platforms, for example Microsoft Azure AI Foundry

Integrate AI solutions with existing systems, data and business processes

Work closely with the customer's business and technical organization to translate needs into scalable solutions

Contribute technical expertise and perspectives on how generative AI can create concrete business value

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who has already built solid practical experience in generative AI and who has worked with developing AI solutions in professional environments. You are technically strong, curious about developments in the field and thrive at the intersection of technology and business.

We see that you have:

At least 2–3 years of practical experience developing solutions in generative AI, for example with LLMs, RAG and AI agents

Experience developing and implementing AI solutions on Microsoft Azure, Azure AI Foundry or an equivalent platform

At least 3 years of experience with Python or other relevant programming languages

Good understanding of system development, APIs, integrations and how AI solutions fit into larger technical ecosystems

Experience taking AI solutions from prototype or proof of concept to implementation

Ability to work closely with customers and business operations and translate needs into technical solutions

Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing

It is a merit if you also have experience in:

Agentic AI and development of solutions where multiple AI agents, tools or systems collaborate

Evaluation, monitoring and quality assurance of generative AI solutions

Data Science, machine learning and statistical modeling

Data platforms, Data Warehousing and data modeling

Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or equivalent modern data platforms

The consultant role and driving technical dialogues directly with customers
