About La Factory
At Sopra Steria's Digital Factory, we design Web, Mobile and AI-powered digital products to turn ideas into concrete solutions.
You will join a team of experts and enthusiasts of new technologies, brought together around Web, Mobile, Cloud, XR and generative AI.
Our ambition: not only to use AI, but to imagine how it transforms digital products and the user experience.
Your role and responsibilities:
Within the Digital Factory, you participate in the design and development of the technical platforms that power tomorrow's digital products.
You design modern Cloud architectures and develop Back-End services that enable generative AI and agentic systems to be integrated at the heart of applications.
You also contribute to the evolution of our AI-augmented software engineering practices in order to accelerate the delivery of robust, secure and industrialized products.
You will be required to:
- Design and develop APIs, microservices and Cloud Native solutions on Azure, AWS or GCP.
- Industrialize deployments via CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
- Guarantee the performance, resilience and security of the platforms.
- Implement new production techniques: code generation, test generation, AI-assisted code reviews and automatic documentation.
- Participate in the evolution of our AI-Augmented Software Engineering practices.
With a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or an equivalent qualification, you have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Back-End development, Cloud with experience in Python, Node, Go, Java, etc.
- Product sensitivity and a pragmatic approach to software engineering.
- You have mastery of at least one platform: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and ideally Cloud certifications
- Experience with Kubernetes is a real plus.
