About La Factory
At Sopra Steria's Digital Factory, we design Web, Mobile, and AI-powered digital products to transform ideas into concrete solutions.
You will join a team of experts and enthusiasts of new technologies, brought together around Web, Mobile, Cloud, XR, and generative AI.
Our ambition: not only to use AI, but to imagine how it transforms digital products and the user experience.
Your role and responsibilities:
Within the Digital Factory, you design and develop next-generation Web and Mobile products by natively integrating generative AI capabilities.
You contribute to the creation of innovative user experiences where copilots, assistants, and AI agents become true product components.
Finally, you also participate in the evolution of our AI-augmented development practices in order to accelerate the delivery of robust and high-performance products.
You will be required to:
- Design & create Web apps (React, Angular) or mobile apps (Kotlin, Swift, KMP, Flutter, React Native)
- Implement new production techniques: code and test generation, code review, documentation, and AI-augmented development workflows.
- Participate in monitoring and applied research around Agentic AI.
- Team supervision, technical coaching.
You hold a Bac+5 degree and come from an engineering school or equivalent training, and you have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Web or Mobile development
- Product sensibility and user experience
- Implementation of an Agentic chain for augmenting production.
- Curiosity, spirit of experimentation, and desire to share
