You will join Talan South-West’s Data & AI team in Bordeaux and work with a leading client in digital platforms and AI applied to business challenges.

Your role is to design, develop, and industrialize AI agents that can automate complex workflows, integrate with existing systems, and generate measurable operational impact.

You will work from experimentation through production launch, in collaboration with business, data, and architecture teams.

Your main responsibilities:

Design and develop business-oriented AI agents based on LLMs, RAG, and multi-step agentic workflows.

Integrate agents with internal systems through APIs, MCP, webhooks, connectors, and data platforms.

Industrialize prototypes into reliable, secure, scalable solutions, with guardrails, access controls, and documentation.

Measure usage, performance, and business impact to continuously improve deployed agents and encourage adoption.

Technology environment:

Development, data, and cloud: Python, SQL, JSON, data modeling, AWS or GCP.

LLMs and generative AI: OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Gemini.

AI agents, RAG, workflow orchestration, and automation: n8n, Dust, Claude, LangChain, Make, Zapier, or equivalent.

Integrations: APIs, MCP, webhooks, connectors, CRM, Jira.

Your profile:

Higher education in computer science, data, or AI.

At least 5 years of experience developing AI, data science, or machine learning solutions.

You have designed or contributed to production AI solutions, ideally involving AI agents, LLMs, RAG, and integrations with business systems.

You can work end to end on advanced AI topics, from understanding business needs through production deployment and operating the solutions.

Your skills:

Strong command of Python and its Data & AI ecosystem.

Experience with Generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, AI agents).

Knowledge of modern AI architectures: RAG, vector search, embeddings, reranking, agents, tool calling, and MCP.

Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, and n8n.

Sensitivity to quality, security, and data-value challenges.

Experience with one of the cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.).

Knowledge of LLMOps for major models (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.), particularly observability, security, and industrialization.

Proficiency with version control and continuous integration tools (Git, GitLab CI/CD).

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
