Job description

As an Agentic AI Expert, you contribute to the development and dissemination of new AI-augmented software engineering practices.

You support our clients in evolving their design, development and application maintenance methods, while maintaining strong operational involvement in concrete projects.

At the crossroads of consulting, technical expertise and delivery, you participate in structuring our approaches, upskilling your colleagues and implementing AI-accelerated development projects.

You are not joining a nascent topic to build alone. You are joining a team already committed to these issues, made up of consultants, developers and architects who experience the impacts of AI on software engineering practices daily. The goal is to continue the work already underway together, compare viewpoints and collectively advance our approaches.

Your missions

Support our clients in evolving their software engineering practices by identifying the opportunities offered by AI across the entire application lifecycle, from design to maintenance.

Design and industrialize AI-Driven SDLC approaches by developing methods, accelerators and agentic harnesses that improve productivity, quality and maintainability of solutions.

Contribute to upskilling teams by sharing feedback, facilitating workshops and participating in building collective know-how around AI-augmented software development.

Remain involved in technical delivery and solution development in order to test in the field the practices, tools and approaches we recommend to our clients.

Design and implement reliable assistance systems and AI agents capable of effectively leveraging business context, project knowledge and conversation history.

Participate in the evolution of our offerings, methods and assets, alongside a community of experts in development, architecture and artificial intelligence.

Key Technical Skills

Architecture & Engineering: Software architecture, SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, test automation.

Generative AI & Agents: LLMs (integration, limitations), multi-agent systems / autonomous agents, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering.

Tech Governance: TokenOps, AI FinOps, quality and security of generated code.

Qualifications

Desired Background & Experience

8+ years of overall experience in software engineering, and some initial exposure to architecture topics.

Proven experience in deploying DevOps and Cloud practices.

Hands-on practice and mastery of Generative AI technologies applied to software development.
