Job description

Within the Data Experience team, you will participate in the design and development of innovative business applications based on Low Code technologies and intelligent automation.

You will support our clients in their digital transformation by designing solutions capable of simplifying processes, improving the user experience, and automating low-value-added tasks. These applications are aimed at many business areas such as Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain.

Your project

Integrated into a team of experts, you will contribute to the implementation of next-generation digital solutions combining Power Platform, process automation, and generative artificial intelligence.

You will be involved throughout the entire project cycle, from identifying needs to supporting users after the solution is deployed.

Your responsibilities

As part of this internship, you will be required to:

Gather and analyze user and business needs.

Participate in defining the solutions best suited to the company's challenges.

Design and digitalize validation, notification, and operational management processes.

Develop web or mobile business applications integrated with everyday tools (Teams, SharePoint, corporate portals, Power BI...).

Implement automated workflows to optimize business processes.

Design and operate conversational assistants and AI agents aimed at improving user productivity.

Participate in the functional and technical design of solutions.

Carry out developments and testing phases.

Support user acceptance testing and the consideration of feedback.

Assist clients during go-live and solution deployment.

Qualifications

You are a student in higher education in computer science or in a specialized Master's program in Data, AI, or Digital Transformation and wish to develop your skills in the challenges of process automation and digitalization.

You ideally have:

A strong interest in new technologies and applications of artificial intelligence.

An ability to explain technical topics in simple terms to business stakeholders.

Knowledge of data manipulation and SQL.

Natural curiosity and a strong desire to learn.

An excellent sense of service and teamwork.

A fluent level of English enabling you to work in an international environment.
