Job description

As a Confirmed or Senior Consultant in Data and Artificial Intelligence, you will be a key player in our clients' digital transformation.

Supervised by experienced managers, you will work on projects with high strategic stakes for large accounts (CAC 40) and innovative SMEs, in direct contact with Data, IT, and business departments.

Your main responsibilities include:

Functional scoping and product ownership: analyze needs, define Data & AI trajectories, co-build roadmaps with business teams.

Agile planning and steering: organize sprints, monitor developments, and coordinate project stakeholders.

MVP & AI experiments: design, test, and steer the implementation of AI/Gen AI solutions on the main Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Project steering: ensure proper project execution (budget, deadline, quality), in liaison with technical and business teams.

Data Management: structure and evolve data flows, contribute to the implementation of reference frameworks, catalogs, or governance models.

You will also be required to:

Interact with Talan internal teams on innovation, AI monitoring, offer building, and sharing field feedback.

Rapidly develop your skills toward a lead role, with strong autonomy on your projects.

Qualifications

Your profile

Graduate of a  leading engineering or business school or a university Master's degree.

+5 years of experience in the fields of  Data, AI, or Generative AI, ideally in a consulting firm or in a project environment.

👉 A  touch of ambition and a  hint of madness will be your best allies to succeed at Talan.

Good knowledge of  Data/AI cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Concrete experience on several projects is a real plus.

Skills in  Data Management (modeling, quality, lifecycle); notions of  Data Governance are an asset.

Experience in project or product management (steering, planning, coordination).

Knowledge or initial experience with Generative AI (LLMs, fine-tuning, RAG) appreciated.

Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, both written and oral.

Desire to learn,  taste for challenge, and desire to  build things that matter.
