Job description

As a Manager or Senior Manager Data & AI at Talan, you will be at the heart of our clients' strategic projects, to accelerate their transformation through Data and AI.

You will work on high-level assignments involving:

Definition of  Data & AI strategies

Governance and compliance of data and AI models

Design and deployment of  Data/AI platforms

Selection and integration of the best technologies on the market

Identification and delivery of value-creating AI and Gen AI use cases

Your role will be twofold: lead projects with impact at our clients, and accelerate innovation and the development of our Data & AI activities within Talan Consulting.

As a Manager or Senior Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

Lead large-scale Data, AI and Generative AI projects (audit, strategic framing, master plans, governance, delivery).

Support our clients' Data & AI transformation in complex, multi-stakeholder contexts.

Supervise and grow teams of consultants, senior consultants and junior managers.

Design and promote innovative offerings around Data, AI and Generative AI.

Contribute to business development, in collaboration with our Business teams (pre-sales, responses to calls for tenders, conferences).

Participate in internal strategic discussions (technology watch, innovation, strategic partnerships).

Qualifications

Education  : Engineering school, Business school or Master 2 (recognized university).

+8 years of experience in Data, AI, including a significant part in consulting.

Solid background  in Data&AI strategy and Data&AI governance

Solid knowledge  of Data platforms, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architectures.

Advanced knowledge of AI and Generative AI: LLMs, fine-tuning, RAG, MLOps.

Natural leadership, political acumen and ability to communicate as effectively with CDOs, CTOs and CxOs as with business teams.

Experience in C-level advisory (CDO, CIO, CEO) desired

Strong skills in  change management, innovation and intrapreneurship.

Professional English essential.
