Context
Rothschild & Co Martin Maurel is the Rothschild & Co Group’s private bank in France. In a demanding, highly regulated, changing private-banking environment, business teams are accelerating the identification and deployment of AI, RPA, Copilot, and Copilot Studio use cases.
Business Support manages a cross-functional program based on a network of AI Leads (project-side AI managers) and AI Champions (business colleagues allocated time to AI initiatives). The program aims to identify each team’s needs, generate and share good ideas, assess and prioritize use cases, support experiments, industrialize appropriate solutions, and gradually develop a shared foundation of AI and automation knowledge at RMM.
To strengthen the program and accelerate AI adoption, this full-time role will support the lead of the AI Leads / Champions network, providing ongoing operational help with tool testing, Champion support, committee preparation, and coordination with Group Digital and RMM IT teams.

Your role is to turn business ideas and needs into concrete, testable, deployable use cases that improve productivity and service quality, simplify processes, and support continuous improvement.
This role does not involve software development or coding. - Help organize workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Functional design and experimentation with AI agents
- Contribute to designing, configuring, or developing Copilot / Copilot Studio agents according to identified needs.
- Help business teams turn their needs into simple, testable, industrializable functional scenarios.
- Run functional tests on agents or tools with business users.
- Document use cases, limitations, prerequisites, usage rules, and lessons learned.
- Help improve existing agents based on user feedback.
- Technology monitoring, tool testing, and best-practice sharing
- Actively track market AI tools that could support private banking, business support, document analysis, productivity, or automation.
- Test AI solutions or features and analyze their benefits, limitations, risks, and conditions of use.
- Prepare concise feedback to inform deployment or experimentation decisions.
- Share best practices with AI Leads, Champions, and Group Digital teams.
