Training Systems & AI Product Owner
Onepoint · Bordeaux, France
$39k - $64k
Full-Time
Job description
Your future community: offices at Cité Numérique in Bordeaux-Bègles, part of a genuine technology ecosystem with a community of 350 people. A multidisciplinary community brings together development, architecture, data/AI, DevOps, cloud, cybersecurity, project/product management, change, RESET, and consulting. A lively internal culture and many events encourage connections (lessons learned, crafts, board games, themed evenings, fitness classes, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Manage data-driven, AI-augmented training operations
- Design, structure, and evolve management dashboards.
- Use AI to speed up analysis: identify trends, summarize learner feedback, and prepare clear reports for decision-makers.
- Make data collection and flows reliable and automated, notably through AI agents and automation tools.
- Manage training information systems
- Serve as the functional lead for the team’s platforms, including Workday Learning (internal training) and Salesforce (the customer training offering on the website), and manage them day to day (catalogs, permissions, reference data).
- Lead system changes with IT and technical teams from requirements through production (specifications and testing), ensuring data quality and reliable flows among tools (HRIS, LMS, CRM, reporting).
- Support users (support, documentation, change management) and contribute to the training systems roadmap, including opportunities offered by AI.
- Design and deploy AI solutions for the team
- Work with trainers, the School team, and operational HR teams to identify high-impact use cases (learning content creation, learner assistants, administrative task automation), then prototype and deploy them with IT to ensure integration and compliance.
- Serve as the team’s AI lead: share best practices, train colleagues in new uses, and actively track developments.
Your profile and areas of expertise to develop
Experience: initial hands-on experience (internship, apprenticeship, or first job) in HR, Learning & Development, or training.
Information systems: initial experience with an HRIS, LMS, or CRM, ideally as a key user or functional administrator. You understand information-system project stages (requirements, specifications, testing, deployment) and data-flow issues between applications. Workday or Salesforce knowledge is a plus, not a prerequisite.
AI: you already use generative and agentic AI tools at an advanced level (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.), can write effective prompts, and are interested in AI agents and automation (Make, Zapier, Power Automate, etc.). A concrete first project (assistant, automation, personal project) is a real advantage.
Recruitment process
- Conversation with Vanessa or Chloé about your goals and motivations, and an introduction to the company (1 hour, Teams or in person).
- Conversation with a member of the training team (1 hour, Teams or in person).
- Conversation with a Partner, depending on the role, to discuss your future at Onepoint (1 hour, Teams or in person).
