You will lead implementation of our most ambitious projects. As AI Tech Lead, you connect the architect’s vision to working code: you do not merely follow a plan, but actively help design it so AI solutions work in production. You uphold technical rigor, mentor talent, and ensure robust deliverables for our clients.

You will work on responsibilities including:

• Promote technical standards and development best practices (Clean Code, MLOps, LLMOps) across teams.
• Work with architects on architectural decisions to address AI-specific requirements.
• Coach and mentor AI Engineers as they develop their skills and resolve blockers.
• Review code and configurations to ensure solution performance and maintainability.
• Provide expertise for critical technology decisions on projects involving both traditional AI and generative AI.
• Develop the most sensitive and complex components to secure delivery.

Your day-to-day challenges

You are accountable for quality and implementation from design through production:

• Scope and co-design: work with architects to turn business needs into realistic technical architectures, contributing expertise in the AI stack (RAG, agents, fine-tuning).
• Industrialize: turn theoretical concepts into reusable, industrialized assets and apply software engineering rigor to move decisively beyond proofs of concept.
• Mentor and unite: lead the technical community, remove teams’ technology blockers, and establish a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate and align: maintain close coordination among development teams, architects, and client IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing information systems.

Your technology toolkit

We seek a leader who can implement complex solutions across varied cloud environments:

• Core: strong Python skills and software engineering patterns (Clean Code, CI/CD, design patterns) to guide high-quality development.
• AI and generative AI: deep expertise in orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, ADK) and optimization strategies (prompt engineering, fine-tuning).
• Cloud and AI ecosystems: advanced experience with major platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI) and ability to work with cloud architects.
• MLOps and industrialization: command of monitoring, evaluation, and deployment tools (MLflow, LangSmith, Ragas, Kubernetes).
• Data interfaces: ability to collaborate with Data Architects on vector-store integration (Pinecone, pgvector) and data pipelines.

Your profile: leader, expert, and partner

Experience: at least 5 years of experience (excluding internships/apprenticeships) in AI engineering or software engineering, including confirmed technical leadership experience.

Team mindset: you work closely with architects and Product Owners to find the best balance between technical innovation and feasibility.

Mentoring approach: you enjoy sharing knowledge, explaining complex technical points, and helping teams become more independent.

Production-ready mindset: you measure project success by production stability and the clarity of the code left behind.

2. HackerRank technical test (30 minutes).
3. Second technical conversation with a future peer (1 hour).
4. Third conversation with a Leader (45 minutes).
