Your mission: make AI the new engine of information systems. Join our Data Intelligence community to tackle the biggest current challenge for enterprise AI: scaling up. As an AI Integration Engineer, you are the essential link that turns an algorithmic breakthrough into a seamless business tool. Your role is to orchestrate data flows, connect generative AI components to existing systems, and ensure AI does not remain siloed but becomes a native, high-performing part of operational processes.

You will work on responsibilities including:

• Connect and orchestrate: integrate AI and generative AI services through APIs, event-driven architectures, or complex workflows.
• Make interactions seamless: build robust connections between AI engines, data platforms, and business applications (ERP, CRM, and custom portals).
• Industrialize deployment: actively contribute to production rollout and operations to ensure uninterrupted availability.
• Secure data flows: maintain performance and security for data exchanges in critical information-system environments.
• Collaborate across teams: align application, data, and infrastructure teams to ensure overall technical consistency.
• Accelerate adoption: help business teams adopt new AI-enabled ways of working.

Your day-to-day challenges

You act as the “nervous system” of AI projects, from technical integration to real-world use:

• Design integration: define the best way to expose AI services (API Management, Logic Apps, event-driven patterns) for each client context.
• Develop connectors: write orchestration logic so AI agents can interact intelligently with legacy or cloud systems.
• Ensure resilience: implement retry, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms for zero-downtime integrations.
• Build awareness: explain integration challenges to IT teams and demonstrate operational value to end users.

Your technology toolkit

We seek a hybrid profile comfortable with APIs and AI orchestration frameworks:

• AI frameworks and agents: proficiency with orchestration tools such as Azure Semantic Kernel, agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI), or Copilot Studio.
• Cloud-native integration: expertise with serverless and integration services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, AWS Lambda, EventBridge).
• AI management: use managed inference and search services (Azure AI Search, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI).
• Information-system architecture: familiarity with API Management, microservices architectures, and asynchronous communication patterns.

Your profile: integrator and facilitator

Experience: at least 2 years of experience (excluding internships/apprenticeships) integrating complex solutions, with a clear move toward AI.

Technical agility: you can navigate heterogeneous information systems (on-premises, cloud, hybrid) and address banking or industrial security challenges.

Team spirit: you enjoy cross-functional work and can connect Data experts with application developers.

2. HackerRank technical test (30 minutes).
3. Second technical conversation with a future peer (1 hour).
4. Third conversation with a Leader (45 minutes).
5. Fourth conversation with a Partner: discuss your future role at Onepoint (30 minutes).
