Your skills contribute directly to an essential public service, while a broad range of professions offers many career opportunities. You will join the Innovation, Projects, and Industrial and Digital Performance Directorate, which designs, deploys, and operates the information systems and digital solutions needed throughout the Group’s activities, from transport planning and staff/train scheduling to fleet security, maintenance, and passenger experience and information. Assess opportunities in detail, including ROI, data sources, ethical/legal compliance, and technical prerequisites. Support business transformation through Data and AI and build AI roadmaps. Contribute to AI-project governance and track the performance of implemented actions. Conduct assessments, develop recommendations, and define suitable action plans. Monitor market developments and transferable use cases.
