MLOps Engineer

Your responsibilities

Design and implement MLOps (CI/CD) pipelines on Azure for Machine Learning, computer vision, and/or NLP projects. Deploy and manage ML models on Azure using Azure Machine Learning, Azure DevOps, and Kubernetes. Set up monitoring and alerting for models and MLOps infrastructure. Ensure code and deployed-model quality through unit, integration, and other tests. Collaborate with Data Science teams and client business teams. Help continuously improve MLOps practices at Ippon.

Required technical skills

Significant Azure Machine Learning experience: create and manage workspaces; use compute services (clusters and virtual machines); deploy batch and real-time models; understand deployment types such as managed endpoints and Kubernetes. Proficiency in Azure DevOps: create and manage CI/CD pipelines; automate build and deployment; integrate with Git. Kubernetes knowledge: deploy and manage containerized applications; orchestrate and scale workloads. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker. Strong Python and Machine Learning framework skills (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Understand MLOps concepts (versioning, monitoring, retraining). Experience with at least one Azure MLOps project.

Candidate profile

Higher education in Computer Science or equivalent. At least 1 year as an MLOps consultant. Excellent communication and teamwork. Autonomous and proactive, able to adapt to complex technical environments.

Recruitment process

20-minute phone prequalification; one-hour HR/Sales interview; technical interview with two consultants; office visit and discussion with other consultants.
