You will join our Data & AI Community, a team of 80 experts spread across 8 agencies in France, committed to creating, developing, and deploying innovative solutions in Machine Learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI in the public cloud.

Your future responsibilities:

As an AI/ML Engineer at Ippon, you will be involved throughout the entire lifecycle of AI projects, from design to production. Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Design and develop scalable AI/ML solutions in the public cloud.

• Integrate AI/ML models into existing applications

• Set up and optimize MLOps pipelines to industrialize models

• Implement evaluation and monitoring approaches for ML models or generative or agentic AI systems

• Develop AI solutions based on LLMs, RAG systems, and agentic approaches

• Deploy custom models or integrate managed models

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (including Data Science, Data Engineering, DevOps, Fullstack, and business teams)

• Participate in technology watch and follow developments and innovations in AI

• Be aware of and raise client awareness of the legal or ethical aspects of AI

Technical environment:

• Programming language: Python

• Public cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP

• AI frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex

• Evaluation frameworks: DeepEval, Ragas,

• Managed AI services: Bedrock, AgentCore, SageMaker, Vertex AI

• Ops: Terraform, GitlabCI, Docker

Who are you?

With a Bac+5, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

You enjoy designing robust, scalable, and industrializable solutions.

You appreciate teamwork and collaborative environments.

You maintain a constant technology watch on AI developments and are sensitive to the ethical, regulatory, and responsible issues related to AI.

Your key skills:

• Strong command of Python development applied to ML / AI

• Experience in MLOps, deployment, and monitoring of models and AI solutions in production

• Good knowledge of public clouds and managed AI/ML services

• Command of data and orchestration pipelines

• Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and agentic approaches

This position is available within the Nantes agency, composed of 45 consultants and located on the Île de Nantes.
