Join our Data - AI Champions League

Our Data & AI practice is:

• 75 consultants, including 10 AI experts
• A strong dynamic around generative AI, LLMs, MLOps
• Scoping, ideation and AI delivery projects for large-account and innovative clients

Your responsibilities:

• Identify high-potential AI use cases based on pain points and business needs
• Assess the technical feasibility and business value of the solutions considered
• Design and lead POCs to test AI hypotheses (classical or generative)
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, Data Stewards and Architects
• Apply an AI By Design approach throughout the product lifecycle
• Participate in scoping workshops to surface AI needs and opportunities
• Contribute to regulatory compliance (e.g., European AI regulation)
• Structure an AI backlog to capitalize on use cases not selected

Expected technical skills:

• Strong command of AI fundamentals: machine learning, deep learning, NLP
• Proficiency in at least one framework: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face
• Knowledge of generative AI systems: LLMs, fine-tuning, RAG, DPO, SFT
• Proficiency in POC design: experimentation, data structuring, evaluation
• Good foundations in data/AI architecture, AI pipelines and MLOps
• Comfortable with at least one public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Personal and interpersonal qualities

• Consultant mindset: listening, pedagogy, ability to engage non-tech people
• Structuring, documentation, rigor in analysis and deliverables
• Ability to prioritize, simplify complex concepts, and work autonomously
• Active monitoring of AI trends and product / data / ethics culture

Desired profile:

• Minimum 5 years in applied AI (data science, ML engineering, AI product)
• Multi-project environment, product scoping, agile delivery
