What we can accomplish together

As a Data & AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and industrialize data- and AI-based solutions, turning data into performance drivers through innovative data products and AI models tailored to clients’ needs. Develop and industrialize Machine Learning and AI models (training, deployment, monitoring). Design and implement robust, high-performance data pipelines to feed AI models (ingestion, preparation, transformation). Help put AI solutions into production using MLOps practices (CI/CD, containers, observability, automated testing). Collaborate closely with data, software, and business teams to design high-impact AI products. Ensure the quality, reliability, and ethical use of models and data. Follow technology developments and contribute to Ippon’s AI community through articles, BBL sessions, data meetups, and technology events.

Who you are

Bac+5 degree and at least 3 years of demonstrated experience across Data Science, MLOps, or applied AI projects. Proficiency in Python and SQL and production-pipeline tools such as Docker, Airflow, dbt, MLflow, or Datadog. Strong foundation in AI, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP. Proficiency in at least one framework: TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face. Knowledge of Generative AI systems: LLMs, fine-tuning, RAG, DPO, and SFT. Skilled in AI proof-of-concept design (experimentation, data structuring, evaluation). Good foundations in data/AI architecture, AI pipelines, and MLOps. Comfortable with at least one public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
