NEXTON is hiring a full-time Dataiku & GenAI Business Analyst in Paris.

Your future work environment

You will act as a Dataiku functional expert for a major banking client, as part of a strategic program to build an AI Studio, an internal platform that enables teams to design their own Data and generative AI use cases. As part of an established Agile Squad, you will connect user-team needs with technical teams in an environment where data governance and compliance are central.

Your responsibilities

• Functionally design and structure the Dataiku platform, from access to information-system data through to the LLM foundation and MLOps tools.
• Run business workshops to gather needs and translate them into clear user stories.
• Write functional specifications in close collaboration with developers and Data Engineers.
• Manage and prioritize the Jira backlog with the Project Manager and Product Owner.
• Define and execute functional test plans and acceptance scenarios in Xray.
• Lead business risk analysis with Information Security, Compliance, and Legal teams (GDPR, data governance, AI ethics).
• Support users during deployment through change management, training, and user materials.
• Gather user feedback to continuously evolve the platform.

Profile

• Higher education degree (BAC+5) and at least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including hands-on Dataiku use on a project.
• You have designed Dataiku flows, used advanced features, and supported production deployments. A course or certification alone is not sufficient.
• Hands-on generative AI experience (LLMs, RAG) and knowledge of MLOps practices.
• Able to work with data in SQL/HQL.
• Comfortable with Agile methods, user-story writing, Jira, and Xray.
• Able to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders with a strong service mindset.
