NEXTON is hiring a full-time AI & Conversational Agent Product Owner in Paris.

Your future work environment

We are hiring for a major banking client, within a department dedicated to AI-driven transformation. You will join a dynamic team focused on conversational agents for end customers and specialist business areas (financing, life insurance, factoring). Your role will be key to defining and driving a strategic, educational AI vision within the organization.

Your responsibilities

• Lead functional scoping for conversational-assistant and AI-agent projects serving end customers.
• Scope and facilitate stakeholder discussions to develop a long-term, multi-year AI product vision.
• Identify and propose high-value use cases aligned with specialist business needs.
• Actively monitor the AI market, especially agentic AI, and raise teams’ awareness of its opportunities.
• Serve as Product Owner day to day, guiding expert and development teams as they implement features.
• Work closely with functional and technical experts to build effective, user-friendly conversational agents.
• Run Agile ceremonies using SAFe and maintain ongoing coordination with development teams.

Profile

• Strong Product Owner experience, ideally on conversational agents, chatbots, or AI solutions for end customers.
• SAFe methodology is required, as is experience working closely with development teams.
• Strong general understanding of AI, active technology tracking, and knowledge of core agentic AI concepts.
• Proactive approach, listening skills, openness to challenge, and ability to facilitate and engage an audience.
• Highly independent, takes initiative, and comfortable exploring and analyzing complex topics.
• Banking or financial-sector experience is a significant advantage.
