As a working student or intern in HR Strategy & Analytics, you will bring an interest in data, digital solutions, and new technologies. From the start, you will work closely with our team to turn HR data into valuable insights, improve processes, and advance the digitalization of HR work. You will also gain insight into our international work environment and the systems and tools we use.

The role

• Actively contribute to national and international projects in data analytics, automation, digitalization, and AI.

• Collaborate and communicate directly with international HR colleagues on organizational management in SAP.

• Maintain and quality-assure HR master and organizational data in SAP, supporting continual data-quality improvement.

• Handle and coordinate standard and ad hoc HR-data requests.

• Create, maintain, and further develop HR reports, analyses, ad hoc evaluations, and dashboards.

• Prepare decision documents and analyses for different stakeholders, including executives.

• Help automate and optimize HR processes using tools such as Power Automate, AI applications, and other digital tools.

• Support development of innovative digital solutions that improve processes and data quality.

Your profile

• Currently studying business information systems, data science, computer science, business, HR, or a comparable subject.

• Confident with MS Excel, especially pivot tables, and interested in learning HR systems, reporting tools, and digital solutions.

• Enthusiastic about data, digitalization, automation, and new technologies.

• Enjoy explaining and professionally presenting complex information; good PowerPoint skills are an advantage.

• Initial experience with AI applications such as Copilot or similar tools is desirable.

• Quick comprehension and strong analytical and conceptual thinking.

• High quality standards, conscientious and solution-oriented working style, and enjoyment of teamwork.

• Very good communication skills in German and English.
