We are looking for a highly strategic AI Technology Head to lead the adaptation of the corporate strategy, as well as the definition and design of the Artificial Intelligence technology architecture. This role acts as the fundamental bridge between technological capabilities (Systems Engineering, Infrastructure, AI) and business results, ensuring an agile, secure, and scalable deployment within the regulatory framework of the financial sector. Additionally, it will function as a bidirectional strategic connector between the Holding's global vision and the local operational reality FUNCTIONS: AI Design and Architectural Strategy (Core of the Role): Co-create and co-design the architecture with the Holding's corporate team, ensuring local scalability and corporate transformation in AI. Act as an AI Solution Architect, orchestrating the AI agent ecosystem, establishing standards for development teams, and industrializing projects. AI Deployment (Accelerate project development): Shorten Time-to-Market, taking projects from the design stage to production in an accelerated manner. Transform strategy into actionable tasks using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure continuous deliveries. Enable and accelerate the go-live to production of local and Holding initiatives, eliminating infrastructure bottlenecks and coordinating with global teams. Articulate and accelerate the deployment of solutions with external providers (Third Parties). AI Platform (Solution Architect): Design the End-to-End architecture complying with corporate standards (definition of data flow, storage, processing, and final interface). Lead the selection and deployment of the technology stack (Cloud, functional models), optimizing costs and performance, with the possibility of implementing or training proprietary models. AI Security: Ensure that AI architecture and infrastructure comply with the highest security standards and regulations of the banking and financial sector. Leadership and Change Management: Issue guidelines, frameworks, and tools for creating scalable AI agents. Promote an innovation approach and collaborate with the Strategy and Change Management areas to facilitate technology adoption. Technology and Business Consulting: Act as a high-level internal consultant, aligning emerging technologies with profitability, efficiency, and business objectives. REQUIREMENTS: More than 15 years in technology areas and demonstrated experience in leading technological transformation and innovation processes (preferably in the banking industry or financial sector). Expertise in the Artificial Intelligence Ecosystem: Advanced conceptual mastery of AI technologies (LLMs, Machine Learning, agent architectures) to be able to design viable and scalable solutions.
