Job description
As part of its international SAP transformation program, Kering Technologies is looking for an intern to join the SAP Center of Excellence (SAP CoE) as a Delivery Excellence Assistant in the Delivery Excellence & Adoption team. The team defines and evolves methods, standards, and tools that enable SAP projects to be delivered consistently, efficiently, and sustainably, from preparation through deployment and Hypercare.
Your opportunity
This internship will show you how a global technology program improves and industrializes its delivery practices. You will contribute to practical work across project methodology, governance, continuous improvement, automation, reporting, lessons learned, and adoption of new ways of working. Working with project teams and SAP experts, you will help turn ideas into simple, reusable, measurable solutions. The goal is not only to track projects, but to help the organization deliver better, faster, and with greater quality and visibility.
How you will contribute
You will help improve and deploy the SAP CoE methodology and maintain standards, templates, guides, and reusable assets for project teams. You will update project-management tools, dashboards, and reports; support continuous-improvement and automation initiatives; collect user feedback; measure adoption of deployed solutions and assess their benefits. You will help project teams apply SAP CoE methods and tools, organize workshops, meetings, and steering sessions, prepare minutes, summaries, and action plans, and provide day-to-day operational support to Delivery Excellence & Adoption according to program priorities.
Who you are

- Rigorous, organized, and curious, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, structured deliverables.
- Interested in how organizations operate, identifying improvement areas, and proposing practical solutions.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable working in an international context.
