Job description
Within Kering Technologies, the Digital & AI Employee Experience team defines and implements adoption strategies for productivity, collaboration, and communications applications to improve employees’ experience and digital workplace across the Group. We are looking for a Digital Workplace intern to join the team.
Your opportunity
You will join a team at the center of AI, digital communications, and employee experience in an international environment. This assignment will give you practical insight into large-scale technology adoption and user support. The team governs and supports the development of generative-AI agents through Copilot Studio. It defines frameworks, best practices, and standards and helps agent builders and business teams design, deploy, and adopt valuable employee solutions. The team also manages Viva Engage, Kering’s internal communications platform, to encourage global employee engagement.
As an intern, you will report directly to the lead for Copilot Studio and Viva Engage projects. You will provide operational support and continuously improve internal communications tools and applications, working with project managers and relevant teams. In particular, you will:
- Provide first-line user support for internal communications applications, including receiving, qualifying, and tracking requests and tickets.
- Coordinate incident resolution with internal teams and vendors, particularly Microsoft support, and help track escalations.
- Improve employee experience by creating and updating learning and support materials such as FAQs, guides, communications, and information materials, promoting good practices and adoption of Copilot Studio and Viva Engage.
- Help business teams use Viva Engage and Copilot Studio and make full use of their features.
The internship will support the digital-transformation projects of a leading international group.
