Responsibilities

Enterprise GenAI applications

• Design, develop, and operate Bosch China’s internal AI application platform, including LLM/RAG platforms and agent workflows for intelligent Q&A, search, automated reports, and data insights.
• Build business skills and agent orchestration with LLMs for engineering-document processing, cross-system automation, lean-manufacturing knowledge bases, sustainability-data reporting, and other business use cases.
• Select and fine-tune models and apply prompt engineering and performance evaluation to ensure quality, cost, and compliance are controlled.

Business-process digitalization and integration

• Work with business units, plants, and functional teams to turn business pain points into AI/digital solutions and deliver them through the full lifecycle.
• Connect AI with SAP, MES, Power BI, SharePoint/Microsoft 365, and other enterprise systems to enable end-to-end automation.
• Help business teams adopt Power Platform low-code tools and AI.

Platform governance and collaboration

• Establish monitoring, evaluation, and iteration for stable, interpretable production systems.
• Collaborate with data engineering, IT infrastructure, and information security to meet Bosch data-security and compliance standards.
• Track agentic AI, multimodal AI, and RAG advances, share knowledge internally, and document best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, AI, software engineering, information systems, applied mathematics, or a related field.
• At least three years of AI/LLM development; enterprise end-to-end deployment experience preferred.
• Hands-on AI integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, BI, or CRM.
• Expert Python and common data-processing and deep-learning libraries.
• Familiarity with LLMs and agentic AI; practical LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, prompt-engineering, and agent-orchestration experience.
• Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, and model fine-tuning and deployment.
• Cloud and AI ecosystem experience with Azure, AWS, Alibaba Cloud, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI.
• SQL, mainstream databases, and basic data engineering (ETL and pipelines).
• Microsoft 365 knowledge including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or SharePoint is preferred.
