About the role

As part of our Data & AI team, you will help clients become more data-driven and create business value through data, analytics, and AI. You will support organizations in developing the strategies, governance models, ways of working, and technical capabilities needed for successful data and AI transformation—from strategy and exploration through implementation and scaling. We are hiring at several seniority levels, from Manager to Senior Manager. The level offered will depend on the candidate's experience, skills, and track record. You will: help clients understand the strategic, tactical, and operational impact of data and AI and turn insights into concrete business results; design and develop data and AI strategies, governance models, and initiatives that strengthen data-driven culture and decision-making; help clients use and govern data assets to meet strategic goals and create greater business value; lead or contribute to modern data platforms and analytics capabilities that provide access to reliable, high-quality data; advise clients on AI adoption, AI-driven innovation, and use cases that deliver measurable impact; work on innovative challenges at the intersection of business, strategy, data, and AI; lead or contribute to transformation programs in data, analytics, AI, process mining, and intelligent automation; build strong client and stakeholder relationships and, depending on seniority, contribute to business development, sales initiatives, and proposals; coach and develop team members and ensure high-quality project delivery.

Your profile

Experience or strong interest in one or more areas of data and AI, combined with experience in data- and analytics-driven transformation. For example, you have worked with data and AI strategy, governance, or modern data platforms and architectures such as Snowflake or Databricks. You are used to turning data into business value through analytics, data visualization, and decision support, and preferably have experience with process mining or intelligent automation. We also value knowledge of AI adoption, developing and scaling AI use cases, AI architecture, and large-scale enterprise AI transformation. Experience with data and AI regulatory compliance is an advantage, as is interest in new technologies and working methods such as Agentic AI. You are motivated by creating value through data and AI and thrive where innovation meets business focus. We also expect: experience in management consulting or similar advisory roles; strong communication skills and experience collaborating with and managing stakeholders at different organizational levels; ability to translate business needs into concrete data and analytics solutions and bridge business and technology; experience leading initiatives, projects, or teams; experience in business development, client outreach, and proposals; a master's degree in economics, engineering, IT, or Data & Analytics; very good Swedish and English and a valid work permit in Sweden.

Good to know

Location: based at our centrally located office in Stockholm or Gothenburg, with readiness to travel to clients as needed. Seniority and title will be determined based on your background and experience.
