Job description

As part of our strong growth, we are hiring a Legal Intern to strengthen our Legal team. Your main responsibilities will include:

Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts in English and French across a range of types.

Helping establish and improve internal legal processes.

Supporting operational teams and support functions.

Assisting with corporate law matters.

Contributing to compliance projects.

Monitoring legal and regulatory developments.

About you

You have passed the French bar exam (CRFPA) and are seeking a PPI internship as part of your studies at the EFB.

Hard skills

Excellent written and spoken French.

Very good written and spoken legal and professional English.

Strong knowledge of contract law and a good foundation in corporate law.

Interest in compliance, data protection, and new technologies.

Ability to analyze, draft, and negotiate legal documents in French and English.

Soft skills

Motivated, committed, eager to learn, and keen to develop your skills quickly.

Rigorous and organized, with excellent analytical and synthesis skills.

Curious, proactive, and able to adapt to a dynamic, constantly changing environment.

Enjoy teamwork and collaborate effectively with varied colleagues, including Legal, Operations, Sales, Finance, and R&D teams.

Genuine interest in innovation, new technologies, the startup ecosystem, and/or deep-tech topics.

Able to manage multiple matters at once and prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines.
